Jamaica Travel Flat Rates and Reservations

 Nightly Rates:

• All rates include G. C. T.
• Maximum of three (2) persons per room/
• There is no room charge for a child under 6 sharing a room with parents.
• You will provide a security deposit of $200 that is fully refundable if you have not damaged, broken or lost any item supplied with the flat.

• The private use of number of bedrooms for which you have paid.
• The private use of all other facilities and equipment listed in the description of the space.
• Shared use of grounds for relaxation 4. One outdoor parking space for one domestic vehicle.

What Your Payments Do Not Include:

• Transportation (which can be arranged).
• Meals (We will be wiling to cook for you by special arrangement).
• Tours and trips 4. Laundry services (Can use for a small fee, available on site).
• Medical services(there are two hospitals and one walk-in clinic about five minutes from the residence, also many medical practices close by in town).
• Long distant telephone.
• Damages to the flat or its equipment.

• On-site Dryer (additional charge).
• Periodic Housekeeping service as needed (extra US$40/day).
• Food preparation service as needed (you buy the food), Extra US$37.50/day.
• Arrangement to be picked up and returned to the airport (Extra charge).
• Arrangement to visit recreational and places of historical or scenic interest (extra charge).
